-
A 50% fee of the scheduled service cost will be charged if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
-
-
No Show Policy:
-
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, a 100% fee of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
-
-
Confirmation Messages:
-
We may send a confirmation text or email prior to your appointment. Please note that not replying to a confirmation message is not considered a cancellation. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must contact us directly by calling, texting, or emailing the business.
-
-
Why This Policy Is Important:
-
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and we are committed to being as flexible as possible. However, as a small business, missed appointments significantly impact our operations, especially since there are other clients on a waiting list who could have taken the appointment slot.
-
No-shows and late cancellations result in lost revenue and prevent us from offering appointments to other clients who may be waiting for availability. This policy is designed to help us continue providing excellent service and fairness to all clients.
-
-
Waiting List:
-
If you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice and we are able to offer the appointment to someone from our waiting list, we will waive the cancellation fee as a gesture of goodwill. However, we cannot guarantee this and encourage clients to respect the 24-hour notice period.
-
-
Payment Method for Cancellations and No Shows:
-
Cancellation fees and no-show fees will be invoiced to the client and must be paid within 7 days to avoid further action. If you have any concerns about these charges, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can discuss potential solutions.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
-
-
Expiry Date: All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. After this period, the voucher will no longer be valid, and no extensions will be granted.
-
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for cash. The value of the voucher can only be used towards services or products offered by our business.
-
Private Health Fund Restrictions: Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any private health fund claims. If the treatment is eligible for reimbursement from a health fund, the voucher cannot be applied to the cost of the treatment.
-
Use of Voucher for a Different Treatment: If a gift voucher was purchased for a specific treatment at a particular price, it may be used for another treatment or service, provided the voucher value is sufficient to cover the new treatment. In the event that the price of the new treatment exceeds the value of the voucher, the client will be required to pay the difference.
-
No Cash Value: Gift vouchers hold no monetary value and cannot be used to pay for products or services other than those available through our business. No change will be given if the voucher value exceeds the cost of the treatment or service.
-
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. We recommend that you keep your gift vouchers in a safe place
Additional Policies
-
Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a reduction in the length of your treatment, and the full appointment fee will still be charged.
-
Health and Safety: We prioritize your health and safety. If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness (such as fever, cough, or cold), we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We do not charge any cancellation fee if the cancellation is due to health concerns, but we do require notice as soon as possible.
-
Treatment Suitability: In some cases, we may need to carry out a consultation prior to the treatment. This ensures that the treatment is appropriate for your needs, and we may recommend rescheduling or adjusting your service based on our professional assessment.
